Relatives of the little child, Josiah Brown, said the kid died at around 10am on Sunday, as per WLS-television Chicago.
The Chicago Police Office said Victoria Moreno, the baby’s 34-year-old auntie, purportedly drove Josiah into the lake at Naval force Wharf last Monday.
This week, police said the express’ lawyer’s office will deal with whether charges will be redesigned for Josiah’s situation.
